What is IFS?

  • IFS is a paradigm shift from regular talk therapy… instead of talking “about” the issue or problem and staying stuck in the same patterns, IFS is a client-led non-pathologizing modality that allows the client to be with the parts of them that are “keeping them stuck” and relate to them in a radically different way, with my support.

  • We can use IFS in a session to cultivate more self compassion and self trust

  • We can unburden extreme beliefs and emotions, decrease overwhelm and action paralysis

  • We can work on decreasing internal conflict and improving your relationships with yourself and others
